Moreover, a high precision penetration measuring device can be attached to qualitatively and accurately evaluate the results of the welding process.

1. The laser beam can control the deflection scanning in the X and Y directions according to the graphic data, achieving maximum scanning speed of up to 2000mms. The welding efficiency and welding reliability is high, and the precision welding is realized.
2. During the welding process, the product does not need to move. The whole welding line is plasticized simultaneously, and the welding depth is controllable.
3. The laser plastic welding machine’s welding penetration measurement component can be selected to accurately control the welding penetration and ensure the effectiveness of the welding.
4. The digital programming precision of the scanning trajectory is high, ensuring flexible control.It’s suitable for components up to 200mmx200mm.
